On Friday 30 May 2025, this vision took on its full meaning at the Groupe ISM, a member of Galileo Global Education, during the 7th edition of the African Genius Festival - a vibrant, committed and highly inspiring event, organised as part of the month of creativity by the Soft Skills Academy. But what is the ISM Soft Skills Academy? It's an innovative teaching programme designed to develop students' human and behavioural skills: leadership, creativity, emotional intelligence, communication, team spirit, critical thinking - all essential qualities for flourishing in a constantly changing professional world. A true incubator of talent, the Soft Skills Academy supplements academic teaching with practical, formative and impactful experiences.
