In the early days of further AI we are playing around with GPT and what it could do and I was trying to get the DNO insurance for further AI and reach out to an agent and submitted all my documents. It took like 5 days for the agent if I'm not wrong the name was Jake Jake to get back and Jake said that I have to process all of these documents, read them, extract data from it, put into my internal system and do so many things on top of it. He said that like 40% of my. Time goes in manually processing these unstructured document and then analyzing it and so on. That's when it's like sort of I took that problem statement back to Sushanth that hey, what we are doing could be better applied to insurance industry. But we have two people had no idea of what insurance is and the depth of it. You thought that, OK, let's do something fun, let's take a box of Donuts, drive around the Bay Area and try to see if we could ask questions to the insurance agents. So once we started working with a few people, that immediate question was like, OK, why don't why don't you just use that GPT? It's there. They could use it for free. Yeah. But when we started using it on insurance documents for insurance related use cases, we found out that it made a lot of mistakes. And that's probably because it wasn't trained for insurance. And that's when we realized there's a value in building something specifically for insurance. What used to take hours can now be done in minutes and sometimes even in. Seconds. The further I team blends in the right amount of insurance and expertise with people with Microsoft and Google and the AI side travelers, Hartford and at Bay on the insurance side.
