Dear Etsy Support Team, My name is Anastasiia, and I am the owner of the shop HomeLoveDecorUA which was unfortunately recently deactivated. I have carefully reviewed Etsy’s rules and policies, and I am truly confused as to why my shop was suspended, especially since I hadn’t yet had the chance to publish any listings. I kindly and sincerely ask you to reconsider this decision. This opportunity means so much to me. I am a mother of five children living in Ukraine during a time of war. My small handmade business is not only a creative outlet but also a vital source of income for my family. Opening a shop on Etsy is a hopeful step toward stability and growth in very difficult circumstances. I create beautiful, unique products with my own hands, putting care and love into every piece. It has always been my dream to open a shop on Etsy and share my handmade creations with people around the world. I deeply respect Etsy’s policies and am fully willing to correct any possible issues, should there be any.
