1moOne way to build trust is to do as you say you will. Unfortunately, ETSY’s support team seem incapable of doing as they promise. Or they are simply feckless. I’ve been promised 5 times that ETSY would stop flooding my email box with the same confirmation email EVERY MINUTE over and over again. Three thousand so far! 😡 But in three days of contacting support two or three times a day. Nothing is done. But lots of promises are made. Not a great way to build trust with your customers I don’t think. What do you think?
