We have a new member of the Dr. Martens team! We are so pleased to announce that Paul Zadoff will be joining us in June as President of the Americas to lead the next phase of growth for our company. Paul brings 30 years of leadership experience with iconic global brands spanning the footwear, sporting goods, fashion apparel, and accessories sectors. He has consistently guided teams through periods of growth and transformation throughout his career. During two decades at NIKE, he held a range of global and regional leadership roles in sales, product and brand, culminating as Managing Director of NIKE Pacific. His other previous roles have included President of fitness company TRX Training, Vice President of Global Sales at Patagonia and Senior Vice President Americas Commercial Operations at Levi Strauss & Co. Paul joins Dr. Martens from luxury eyewear brand Caddis. Paul will lead the experienced regional team in driving the performance, growth, and profitability of the Americas business. He will join Dr. Martens’ global leadership team and will report to CEO Ije Nwokorie. Paul started his career journey mopping ballet floors, which led to production management in the non-profit arts world with a stint as a union stagehand working shows from rock & roll to opera, which put him through university. He describes himself as someone who is inspired by mission-driven organizations, and this dedication to purpose as well as connection to culture creators means he’s so aligned with what makes Dr. Martens so unique. We are so excited to welcome our newest leader and colleague!
Mazel tov, Paul!
