If you want to get into the AI game, you need to be thinking about it like it is more than just a tool. Leveraging machine intelligence is a new way of operating, and we continue to observe that the companies who are getting the most value out of AI have (a) identified specific, game changing business problems that it will help them solve, and (b) changed the way they operate to maximize data fluidity, incentivize new behaviors, change accountability structures, and challenge conventional thinking. Scaled value creation only arrives when leaders have constructed an ecosystem for AI to thrive. There are a number of paths you can take, but they all begin with a committed executive team and true conviction about the need to change and invest.
