On their very first day, the interns rolled up their sleeves to assemble Happy Hope Kits —thoughtful care packages filled with fun, comforting items for children facing medical challenges. We're so excited to see the impact they’ll make over the next few months. Welcome to the team! #CarMaxInterns #TeamCarMax #CarMaxCares #HappyHopeKits #LifeAtCarMax

CarMax damaged my car while in their possession and refused to fix it even after going though Better Business Bureau. CarMax is not Better Business Bureau accredited for a reason! They currently have 2,293 complaints against them. After ordering an out of state car asking if there was any damage, I was told there was NONE. The car arrives with a significant enough dent, Troy (CarMax manager) offered to have it fixed. When I got the car back after it was “fixed” it was almost worse than before, and after taking the car to get properly fixed at Faulkner Collision Center, they discovered more damage from potentially improperly fitting the bumper back on my car. I was literally handed a bumper that was damaged on each corner without paint on it, orange peeling, and blistering on the entire bumper. CarMax lied to me about the damage, or it occurred during transit, damaged the corners of the bumper while improperly fitting it back on, could not repaint it to prevent orange peeling or blister on the entire bumper, refuse to recognize that they caused more damage improperly fitting the bumper on my car discovered by Faulkner Collison Center, and their corporate team, Ariel, provided zero help at all, costing me $4700 out of pocket.
