Congrats!
In order to keep the business, turn the 60 day return policy into 30 days only just like other luxury brands. Better yet, cut it to 2 weeks only. Some customers are returning used items after wearing them.
Congratulations on joining Catalyst Brands LLC! This is an exciting step forward for Brooks Brothers, and I'm looking forward to seeing all the amazing things to come.
Ties… bow and long;
So excited to see what 2025 beings under Catalyst Brands!!
Congrats!

5moOn Dec 17, 2023, I shopped at the Brooks Brothers luxury boutique on Alberni Street, Vancouver, paying mostly in cash. I was unable to pick up my items before leaving Canada for business. Now both BC locations are closed. Customer service won’t help, and the manager who texted me on Jan 15, 2024, says everything is gone. Where are my clothes? Who will answer me? I’ve tried emails and calls—no one has an answer!
