I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I’ve received as a Best Buy customer. Two months ago, I purchased a brand-new stackable washer and dryer unit for one of my rental properties. When we first tried to use the unit, the washer wouldn’t fill with water. Following the recommended process, we contacted Geek Squad under our warranty. When the technician came out, he suggested a replacement since it had been less than 20 days since the purchase. We agreed to upgrade the unit and ordered the correct gas model in-store. However, Best Buy mistakenly delivered the wrong (electric) model three times. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this and requests to speak with a supervisor, the issue remained unresolved. Ultimately, we canceled the order and purchased the correct unit from Lowe’s. If that wasn’t frustrating enough, we faced a similar issue at our primary residence. Our two-year-old LG dryer repeatedly failed to ignite. After three repair attempts, the technician recommended a replacement, noting it in the system.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Your voice recognition software is atrocious. I set up a service call via your 1-800 service and provided details regarding my network. When the tech showed up he said he could not service my system that it had to be done by Pro Services. I cannot get a live body from the store that I purchased the equipment from and have been given the run around with customer service and have been disconnected twice. Still have not been able to get support and am being told the store that originally sold me the equipment cannot take outside calls and if I want to speak to a store manager I would need to go into the store.
