Ok, so it is extremely hard to email your corporate HQ. I have a complaint that your customer service from India is not acceptable. My wife called and could not understand the representative and asked if Best But was going to have a Memorial Day day and rep said I am not sure. He asked what she was looking for and she said a new dishwasher made in America. He suggested LG or Samsung. Guess what? Both not made in US. . She called the local store and got a person from India. You need to let the stores handle the calls or have a customer service person who speaks English and is in USA. Get with the program.
