Chris joins our People & Culture team, where he provides essential support across a range of HR functions — from onboarding and payroll to benefits administration, insurance billing, HRIS management, and regulatory compliance. Before joining AV, Chris served as a Department of Defense employee overseas in Southwest Asia, supporting U.S. military operations. Prior to that, he was the Human Resources Manager at Heart of Texas Goodwill, where he led a team overseeing full-spectrum HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. #AVLife
