After 11 amazing years with Matlen Silver, I made the bittersweet decision a few months ago to step away from a place that helped shape me both personally and professionally. I’m incredibly grateful for the people, lessons, and growth that journey gave me. Leaving a job is easy, leaving the people.. I knew that would be the hardest part. Since stepping away, this summer has been exactly what I knew I needed but didn’t understand the true disconnect within me until I spent the time. The time to truly recharge, slow down, spend quality time with my family, and find the things that bring me joy. I was still at times, busy others, spent one on one time with the people I love the most and had time to reconstruct my “why”. It’s been a gift to relearn what recharges me. Now, I’m stepping into something exciting; I’ve joined CRG as their Director of Executive Search. I’ve known CRG and Mike Barry for my entire career (make friends with your competitors!) and couldn’t be happier to join their team. I’m energized by the opportunity to help organizations find transformative leadership and eager to continue learning in a whole new way. To those who’ve been part of my journey so far, thank you. It was an incredible 11 years and I wouldn’t be who I am today without you all. Cheers!
