Craftsmanship, which is one of our core values it's almost hard to put my finger on why it's important it's like why do you like nice things? why do people that like nice cars like nice cars? why do people that like nice phones like nice phones? I think there's a certain in me ethos that it starts from that really appreciates when something's done well it really appreciates the difference between something that's kind of good but not there where the name 10up comes from finishing that last 10% the difference that extra polish the difference that extra level of attention makes so 10up is a digital agency that focuses on making the web a better place by creating finely crafted tools and websites for content creators so we feel that sort of our best opportunity is to help people who produce content, have large-scale content problems, have large-scale opportunities with content by giving them the kinds of tools that we wish existed ourselves at a high level, to our customers, we are a digital consultant, the digital expert at helping them execute their marketing and communication plan online I've been very impressed with the way that 10up has been able to understand the Microsoft ecosystem our business moves very rapidly, we have ever-changing projects or sometimes really crazy timelines and it's been really comforting to know that I can always pick up the phone, call my team and they're super responsive not just in the small things but in large projects that we've had to kick off very quickly and then deliver sometimes within weeks Digital at Beasley, it's all about the transition we're going through the evolution of becoming a media company from a radio company 10up is really helping us on that digital side of things I think 10up has a lot of the kind of qualities that we look for for success with a mutual client so they're able to really be embedded with us and with the client to get a project done they have really deep expertise on what their clients are looking to accomplish and also expertise of our platform and how we work so that they can tie all that stuff together and make sure that it's gonna be a success it's interesting, in our industry, I think solutions gets thrown around very loosely we're not a solutions company in the sense of here's a sort of list of five prepackaged things you can buy from us but we're definitely a solutions company in that we take very seriously our responsibility in our ownership of finding a solution to any problem that a client brings us or any opportunity that we bring to a client about a way in which their digital experience could be better for end users, could be better for their authors, could make them more money, could create more engagement whatever it is they're trying to do I know without a doubt any team that I send in from 10up to work with a client is going to have the knowledge, the expertise, and the access to resources necessary to find the solution that's going to work for that client
