"I believe that your social capital "or your ability to build a network of authentic "personal and professional relationships, "not your financial capital, "is the most important asset in your portfolio." I couldn't agree with her more. I love the term social capital because it implies that there is an investment. In this case, an investment of time, energy, and service in return for authentic connection and support. In this lesson, I'll show you how building and leveraging your social capital can simplify the career transition process so you can invest in relationships with the serve first approach that will yield benefits.
