- In the last video, I asked you to complete the goals, key changes and stakeholders sections of the change plan on a page. Let's review my solution together. ELM's HR transformation goals are clearly stated in our case study. If this isn't the case on your project, I suggest you look through the business case and have a discussion with the project lead to draft better goals. Bullet points are great here. You're not looking for fancy language or jargon. Use to-the-point action statements. For our ELM change brief, they are, centralize and automate people management, reduce HR admin and compliance risks, and eliminate manual tracking and management of employee data. The key changes are next. In ELM's case, we know that the transformation will involve all aspects of payroll, performance reviews, recruiting, and training.
