Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

As a Training Coordinator at DN Tanks, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Learning and Development (L&D) Team, assisting with training coordination, and managing the Learning Experience Platform (LXP). In addition, you will be responsible for overall coordination and support for all activities within the training department, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless learning experience for employees.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, enabling better communication across our diverse teams and departments. Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) with a specific focus on maximizing the use of the platform and positive user experience
Build curriculums, publish courses, manage assignments, and provide reports on user compliance and participation in the LXP
Ensure all training is captured in the LXP and analyze complex and/or confidential information. Utilizing this data to create reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.
Create and maintain the training calendar in the LXP
Administer, update, and manage training material to include coordination with other departments for content and material, updating pictures, adding and removing content, etc.
Manage/coordinate training events (internal and external).
Send out meeting requests, notifications, and reminders for training sessions, focus group sessions and other meetings as needed
Confirm classroom facilitators’ needs for upcoming training courses are met
Prepare training materials such as course handouts, agendas, instructor notes, course evaluations as needed
Coordinate catering orders, offsite restaurant reservations, and transportation as needed for both onsite and offsite training sessions and meetings.
Track all costs associated with the training department and training events
Assist with researching relevant training as needed
Create and maintains a positive and professional learning environment
Support the Director of L&D as needed with administrative functions
Track action items for department to ensure timely completion and follow-up
Qualifications:
Administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong digital skills
Exemplary planning and time management skills
High level verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality
Experience with, or interest and ability to learn video editing software (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish & English
Ability to travel
