As Lead C# Developer, you will support the Software Development Manager by overseeing day-to-day technical execution, mentoring developers, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across projects. With strong technical expertise and leadership, you will coordinate with the PMO, manage production releases, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities
Leadership Role:
Oversee Agile team operations to ensure the timely delivery of technical projects, aligning with business objectives;
Coordinate sprint planning, task prioritization, and cross-team collaboration to resolve bottlenecks for efficient execution;
Mentor developers and coach team leads, providing guidance and fostering growth through knowledge-sharing initiatives;
Facilitate communication with the PMO and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks;
Monitor daily progress across teams, ensuring accurate tasks and sprint cadence;
Oversee production release processes, coordinating with teams to ensure stable, secure deployments;
Drive continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements, tooling, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Functional Role:
Assist in leading technical planning, work estimation, design reviews, and implementation to guide scalable, Cloud-first solutions;
Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality practices, and application architectural patterns across technical deliverables;
Monitor pull requests, support debugging, and unblock developers to maintain project momentum;
Lead DevOps processes, configuring Azure DevOps pipelines for secure production releases with OAuth authentication;
Develop and maintain technical and process documentation, enhancing system and operational continuity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of software development experience with a strong background in C#.NET programming and applying object-oriented principles.
Proven experience as a Senior Developer with 2+ years in a Mentor or Team Lead role, guiding junior and mid-level developers.
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and tools with a track record of successfully overseeing sprint execution and release processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders like the PMO.
Knowledge of secure coding practices, including OAuth authentication, to ensure reliable and secure systems.
Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and drive adoption of best practices for operational efficiency.
Adaptable to shifting business requirements with experience aligning technical tasks to organizational goals.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing through mentorship and documentation to enhance team resilience.
Familiarity with using Cloud-first architectures in Microsoft Azure to support scalable platform functionality.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks, unblocking teams, and driving continuous improvement.
