· 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on digital platforms in financial services.
· Hands-on experience documenting requirements and configurations for Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
· Exceptional technical writing skills with proven ability to produce clear and structured documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, data maps, wireframes).
· Experience working on platforms that include user authentication, secure data workflows, and client-facing UIs.
· Strong understanding of Agile delivery processes, sprint cycles, and stakeholder alignment practices.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable leading working sessions and stakeholder interviews.
· Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Salesforce setup/config interfaces.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in documenting technical requirements and user stories, with hands-on experience working in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud environments. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of personalized, secure, and scalable digital experiences for our clients and internal teams.
A strong background in financial services is essential, along with the ability to translate regulatory, operational, and customer experience needs into clear technical documentation and platform configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for digital client-facing platforms.
Develop detailed user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data mapping documents.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities, configurations, and limitations.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and QA validation cycles as part of Agile delivery.
Partner with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory and internal control alignment.
Coordinate UAT activities, capture feedback, and work with engineering teams on refinement and resolution.
Provide documentation and reference materials to support end users, QA teams, and knowledge transfer.
