Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Description:


This role will be responsible for coordinating sensory evaluation sessions for McDonald's Supply Chain. Responsibilities include:


  • Manage McDonald's Quality Center Evaluation Sessions.
  • Organize and maintain supplies, equipment, and products for evaluations.
  • Prepare products according to written procedures, manuals, and other instructions.
  • Supporting Quality Center Leads in problem identification as well as documentation accuracy and reporting.
  • Provide sensory evaluation result reports.

Duties:


  • Maintain Quality Center Product Target Program
  • Manage Quality Center kitchen for Worldwide Sensory Meetings
  • Support Quality Center schedule by checking in product, preparing, and serving evaluation samples for sensory evaluations
  • Manage suppliers in Quality Center kitchen during evaluation process
  • Organize and maintain Quality Center product, supply, and equipment inventories
  • Track Quality Center costs to maintain budget
  • Create sensory evaluation sessions in AMABIS database program for tracking results
  • Support Officer Workshop Taste of Quality Sessions
  • Support Extended Sensory Partner Training and Supplier Training
  • Train Summer Intern(s) on Sensory Technician Position – McDonald’s Golden Future Program
  • Perform other duties as assigned

ADA Requirements:


  • Must be able to lift 10-50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Short exposure to temperature/humidity fluctuations.


Education/ Skills/ Qualifications:


  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of Quality or Sensory experience in beverage or food preferred.
  • Individual must have strong mathematical, reading, and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
