Business Analyst w/CRM experience
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, process flow design, and user story creation, playing a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role demands analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable documentation.
You will work closely with our functional business users, project manager, and the development teams. Key Responsibilities
Understanding Stakeholder Needs:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders (both internal and external) to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges. This involves active listening and effective communication.
Requirements Elicitation and Documentation:
Gather and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. This step is crucial for creating a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved.
Functional Specifications:
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring that technical teams have a clear understanding of what needs to be built.
Communication and Influence:
Effectively communicate with, and influence, key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
Testing and Validation:
Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Project Planning and Risk Management:
Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Collaboration and Solution Design:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and technology teams, to ensure alignment and successful solution design.
Process Optimization:
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to overall organizational effectiveness.
Innovation and Documentation:
Propose innovative solutions and creating detailed documentation (such as business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories).
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and technological capabilities.
Lifecycle Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of verifiable experience as a Business Analyst
Proven expertise in requirements mapping, process modeling, and user story writing
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
Experience in enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation projects
Familiarity with UML (Unified Medling Language), BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), or other modeling standards
