Responsible for generating sales revenue and project management of standard and custom packaging solutions for dispensaries, cultivators and processors, by becoming a trusted advisor leveraging consultative selling techniques as an SME.
Inbound & outbound phone sales to include cold calling and warm lead follow up.
100 outbound calls / personalized email per day and or 4 hours total talk time daily.
Open a minimum of 1 new account daily, while actively growing the current book of business.
Present, promote, and sell stock and custom S&P products to new clients and established customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Analyze the territory/market trends, track all opportunities, customer needs, challenges, and potential for new products and services via CRM.
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Up to 20% of travel required to include customer visits, trade shows, local events, product demos, etc.
Working closely with other sales reps and cross-functional team.
Achieve and exceed all KPI’s, with a focus on new accounts/ win back lost customers, revenue and gross profit dollars.
