We're looking for an Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role to manage and grow client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts through contract renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth
Present products and services to corporate accounts and identify new sales opportunities
Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours
Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to maximize customer satisfaction
Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a well-managed sales pipeline
Requirements
Experience in last-mile logistics: Background in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations
Experience in a software company: Familiarity with SaaS products, particularly in a B2B environment
Sales experience: Previous role in sales with a focus on account growth, ideally with quota-carrying responsibilities
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is required
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
Problem-Solving: Ensuring customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across internal departments, including product and professional services
Nice to have
Deep experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain: Beyond basic industry knowledge, a strong background in these areas is a plus
Strong technical aptitude in software: Ability to quickly understand and explain technical aspects of software solutions in a business context
Business generalist mindset: Experience working across multiple business functions, including accounting, operations, and sales
Experience with sales and communication tools: Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, co-pilot tools, or automation software to enhance client engagement
Experience with AI tools, such as note-taking applications or platforms like ChatGPT, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
