We are partnering with our client to hire an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee administrative support and office operations for a high-performing, global firm. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will manage day-to-day office operations, lead a talented support team, partner with senior leadership and executive assistants, and ensure a best-in-class workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Support Oversight
Supervise and mentor a team of 6 Administraive Professionals
Oversee workload, structure, and onboarding of administrative staff
Partner with senior leaders and Administrative Assistants to align support resources effectively
Foster a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented environment
Run weekly team meetings and regular 1:1s; partner closely with HR on employee matters
Office & Facilities Management
Lead day-to-day Boston office operations including facilities, supplies, catering, and vendor relationships
Manage space planning, internal moves, and coordinate with IT
Act as main liaison with building management and third-party service providers
Lead small office renovation or improvement projects as needed
Policy & Communication
Communicate policy and process updates clearly across departments
Solicit and act on feedback from leadership to improve office operations and support
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism across all support functions
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in office operations, administration, or facilities management
Proven leadership experience: ability to manage and motivate a team
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
Collaborative, low-ego approach—ready to pitch in wherever needed
High degree of discretion, professionalism, and adaptability
Strong knowledge of facilities management, vendor oversight, and operational planning
