Position Overview:
The Operational Manager will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the practice, keeping the team aligned with goals, and ensuring that everything flows efficiently behind the scenes. You will play a key role in supporting the owner, admin staff and doctors while ensuring patient care is delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations and workflows
Front Desk - Managing patient flow and records throughout the week
Manage Patient Accounts
Keep all staff on track with systems, scheduling, and responsibilities
Ensure seamless communication between doctors, staff, and patients
Handle provider/staff scheduling, administrative tasks, and performance check-ins
Use ChiroTouch to manage patient records, scheduling, and billing
Anticipate needs and take proactive steps to solve problems
Ensure the office maintains a clean, calm, and professional environment
Plan internal meetings, simplify processes and provide training to new employees
*Follow through is very important for this position. It is vital for communication and the flow of the office to ensure that things are getting done in a timely manner. The Operational Manager should also initiate conversations, enforce policies and empower staff.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in an operations or office management role (healthcare/chiropractic preferred)
Medical software experience strongly preferred (ideally ChiroTouch)
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills
Proactive with exceptional follow-through and accountability
Passionate about health and wellness (bonus if familiar with Network Spinal care!)
