Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Annual Bonus

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and provide variance analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and relevant legal requirements, working with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, business analysis, and financial decision-making.
