Innovative and important US defense department product manufacturer is looking for an Automation Engineering Manager. In this role, you will:

• Stand up and lead a 5 person Project Engineering team that will primarily manage 3rd party automation project vendors; and
• Sequence the project work in such a way as to double production in 60 months without increasing headout.

You must have:

• BS (Engineering highly preferred)
• 10 + years of automation project engineering in manufacturing or supporting manufacturing, preferably with an automation integrator
• Successful track record of managing people
• Successful track record of managing projects
• ITAR compliant facility so you must be a US Citizen
• Desire to make a difference
• Hands-on
