“I had the opportunity of reporting to Steve at NSD when he was the director of the Impounds Department. I could not have asked for a better boss. He went out of his way to encourage different perspectives and diverse viewpoints. He always managed with integrity, respectfully, and understanding. Always focusing on ways to improve performance, team morale, as well as client satisfaction. His genuine approach and open mindedness to suggestions made us stronger as a team. With the help of his leadership we were able to dramatically reduce department’s attrition, meet/exceed departmental goals and objectives, as well as improve overall employee morale in the department.
