    “You'll hear this said about many people in the industry, but in this case, it's really true: Sarah is a rockstar. I’ve witnessed first-hand the outsized impact she has on an organization, through strategic decision-making and highly personal client relationship-building. We overhauled TIDAL’s entire label relations strategy based on Sarah’s years of experience in the music industry: we created a system of weekly playlist recaps, an all-encompassing partner playbook, and a series of pitch tools that allow our partners to pitch directly to our Curation team. The reactions from majors and indies alike have been incredible, pointing to Sarah’s strong intuition for what builds lasting relationships. Sarah also spearheaded expanding TIDAL’s annual Artists to Watch project into a year-long program of support for a cross-genre selection of artists. This was a massive undertaking, as it required totally rethinking the project. The new program has driven strong engagement in and outside the TIDAL app: original video filmed as part of the program (e.g. by Teddy Swims) has been some of the top-performing content this year, and OOH and paid advertising in support of these artists has reached major metro areas, including New York and Nashville, with the help of cross-functional partners with whom Sarah has collaborated expertly.
