“Ryan was my first introduction to agile methodologies and how to run an IT based product management with ontology centering the CX user experience and UI design. He was inspiring and instead of approaching from archaic management philosophies often inherent in slow moving work, Ryan was a picture of fresh ideas and implementing those ideas as a best practice for the folks we had been tasked to serve. The policy was tricky to implement in a quick delivery and the entire team of folks from differing management structures on the Salesforce project were managed well by the structure and knowledge that Ryan brought to the table.
