    In addition to supporting First Ladies in developing countries, Global First Ladies Alliance also builds birthing shelters so that women who make a journey from the countryside to regional health clinics in order to give birth do not have to live in a tent while waiting to go into labor. Arixa Capital proudly supports the Global First Ladies Alliance which supports education and training of first ladies and their staffs, often to promote initiatives such as maternal health.

They provide children and teens in foster care with a suitcase, along with basic essentials and comfort items such as toiletries. By having a way of organizing and storing their own belongings, their transition into the foster care system is smoother and more dignified.
