“For the first two years of working together, Eric and I had our backs against each other, fighting against bugs on numerous late nights and upgrading servers on rare weekends. It seems like we can complete any tasks if we both put our minds to it. Throughout the years of working with Eric, he was able to build our product team from 2 members to 8 members, each with their unique sets of abilities to compliment the team. As the VP of Engineering at Project X, Eric juggles many tasks at once with ease, constantly updating his calendars to keep track of day to day works and organize 1:1 with each member of the product team. This rare mix of productivity and work ethic made him an amazing manager and mentor and I certainly miss working with him every day. ”
