    Diane Fleming and Robert Ferrante were each convicted of poisoning their spouses. However, metabolic evidence suggests that the spouses died from the toxic effects of creatine metabolites. These toxic fragments include organic amines, which tested positive for methanol, in the case of Diane Fleming's husband, and for cyanide in the case of Autumn Klein, Robert Ferrante's wife. I authored the writ of actual innocence submitted for Diane Fleming in 2014 and am currently cooperating with Robert…
