“I moved from the US to the UK for an Account Executive role at FactSet in 2015. I was new to London and the UK, new to the team and the office, and new to Sales. It was a very anxious yet crucial time in my career. Fortunately for me, Brad was a senior member of the team who had also done the US to UK move a year or so before me, and who mentored and developed me from the day I found out I was moving to the day he left FactSet. Brad inspired me to be a great salesperson. He is the ultimate Sales role model: empathetic, results-oriented, collaborative, a team player, and able to get the best outcome for both the customer and the organization. One of the things I like most about Brad is his sky-high listening-to-speaking ratio. He is so personable and engaging, but he's not a fast-talking, mile-a-minute salesperson. He is thoughtful, genuine, and authentic. I left Sales for Product in 2018 because I didn't feel Sales was the right fit for me, but despite that, I had lots of great success in my Sales role. I owe much of that to Brad. What else do you want from a Sales leader than to bring the best out of a diverse Sales team?”
