Do you have a heart for social justice? If so, check out the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism (RAC), which has worked for 60+ years to educate, inspire, and mobilize the Reform Movement to advocate for social justice. Benji Rosenblum reflects on his year of leading the Reform Jewish youth teen movement, NFTY. Benji chose to make change, collaboration, and growth the hallmarks of his leadership. His term has opened the door to more teen fellowship opportunities, new thinking around board structures, and new partnerships with other Jewish organizations. We introduced JHR to help ease the administrative burden on congregational leaders — and it's working. In the past year, "congregations using JHR have reported having less paperwork. More time to spend on other tasks. Less stress. Better health care. They are focusing more on personal relationships within the agency and partners in the larger Jewish world." Did you know the URJ awarded $2.8 million in camp scholarships last year? ✡️ 🌞 Help support our camps on Camp Giving Day today: URJ.org/GiveCamp
🎉 Today is Union for Reform Judaism Camp Giving Day! 🎉 I’m feeling incredibly grateful to work alongside an inspiring team of all-star fundraisers—each one deeply committed to making this summer unforgettable for thousands of Jewish campers. This year, our 14 camps are competing for $30,000 in prize funds to help amplify their impact (URJ.org/Prizes)! Last year alone, the Union for Reform Judaism awarded $2.8 million in scholarships to ensure that every Jewish kid who wanted to experience camp could do so. I’m proud to be part of this life-changing mission—and today, I’m inviting you to be part of it too. Every gift—no matter the size—helps more young people experience the joy, belonging, and growth that only Jewish camp can offer. 🎁 Donate now at URJ.org/GiveCamp and help make camp magic happen. #CampMagic #URJGivingDay #MakeSummerCount

Over 100 Jewish organizations standing up for the transgender community in this letter to members of Congress. Jewish tradition teaches that all people are created b'tzelem Elohim (in the Divine image) and are worthy of dignity and respect, and recognizes the diversity of gender identity.
Keshet, the Union for Reform Judaism, and 100+ additional Jewish organizations sent a letter to members of Congress in opposition to H.R. 28/S. 9, an anti-transgender sports ban. Driven by our Jewish values, we are committed to supporting laws that protect the civil rights and individual liberties of all people. Rather than protecting transgender children, this bill would do harm by banning transgender women and girls from participating in school sports teams consistent with their gender identity. Join us in standing up for our trans community. Send a message to your representatives with just one click: p2a.co/FYnJeaK.
