About us

Since 1960, Tree Top has been making delicious, feel-good foods and drinks using simple, quality ingredients. We are a cooperative of grower-owners committed to bringing the goodness of apples from the heart of Washington state to people and families across the country. But at the end of the day, some of the most important parts of what goes into our products aren’t things you can see, touch or taste. It’s all about our people and a dedication to doing things the right way for our customers and each other. That’s What We’re Made Of. Including our subsidiary, Northwest Naturals, Tree Top operates at eight locations in Washington, Oregon and California. United behind a belief that everyone deserves good food, our farmers and 1,000+ employees – team members including food scientists, engineers and skilled laborers – come to work each day with a purpose: providing trusted food products that people feel good about feeding their families. • INTERN SPOTLIGHT: Sharlene Pioquinto SCHOOL: Central Washington University DEGREE: Statistical Data Science GRADUATION DATE: June 2026 WHAT WOULD WE BE SURPRISED TO LEARN ABOUT YOU? My favorite thing to drink is a vanilla matcha latte with lavender cold foam from the Wildflora Bakery in Cle Elum, WA. I also work at said bakery. If you are wanting gluten-free pastries, good food, and café drinks, you should stop by on your way to the West Side. WHAT HAVE YOU MOST ENJOYED ABOUT YOUR INTERNSHIP? I have enjoyed learning about the different processes of a big company like Tree Top and seeing an example of good company culture firsthand. WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL JOB AFTER GRADUATION? My ideal job after graduation would be a data analyst for a non-profit organization or within healthcare.
