Yesterday, our Phoenix IT team stepped out of the office for an escape room team builder… and it honestly felt a lot like what we do every day! We had to navigate the unknown, pay close attention to the details, piece things together, and align as a team to crack the code. Believe it or not, hiring in today’s market can feel just as complex. But the good news? It doesn’t have to be with the right staffing partner by your side!   We may not be setting any escape room records (yet), but one thing’s for certain, and it's the fact that this team is incredibly skilled at untangling the challenges that come with hiring. SO, if hiring feels like one big puzzle, know you don’t have to solve it alone.
