This week’s Sydney Tessitura Community meetup, hosted by Carriageworks, brought together 45 arts and culture professionals for conversations around emerging themes in ticketing, fundraising and the role of AI in our sector. Amalia Hordern, our Senior Director, Asia Pacific, shared highlights from our 2024 benchmarking research — including new patterns in philanthropy growth, changing donor preferences and trends in museum and gallery ticketing. In his #TLCC2024 Innovator Series talk, Chief Executive Jonathan Harper shares how the organization creates transformational change by breaking down barriers and shaking up tradition. Through her “brand story in four acts,” Sarah illustrated how a cohesive strategy informed the re-envisioning of a new website that tells their story and connects with audiences. Working with Cog Design and leveraging the functionality of Tessitura v16 and our flexible, secure e-commerce platform, they created a TNEW-integrated site that honours their legacy while engaging a new generation. It's a very special #Tessiversary milestone today! This week marks 20 years of partnership with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, the first organisation to go live with Tessitura in the Asia Pacific region! We’re thrilled to celebrate two decades of collaboration with such a remarkable company.
