Exploring AI, One Challenge at a Time Our AI Challenge wrapped up in July, and employees across the company stepped up to explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence in fun and practical ways. We kicked things off with The Elephant in the Room, an AI image challenge where employees submitted their own AI-generated artwork. The creativity on display was impressive and sparked conversations about how AI can be used in everyday work and life. Throughout the month, our Wellness Wednesday challenges also tied into AI Awareness Month. Each week, employees explored new ways to use ChatGPT for everyday tasks like: • Creating personalized 15-minute workouts • Getting budgeting tips tailored to their lifestyle • Designing healthy meal plans based on dietary needs • Taking a quick mental break with a brain teaser or riddle • Finding outdoor activity ideas near their home or office The goal: to get comfortable with AI tools in a hands-on, approachable way. Led by our Brave ERG, our February activities honored Black history and culture in engaging ways—testing our knowledge with two virtual trivia games, exploring Chicago’s rich Black heritage through a virtual tour, and sharing employee-submitted local celebrations, speeches, and poems that highlighted the significance of this month. 14 Million+ Steps Strong!   Our New Year, New You Walking Challenge has officially wrapped up, and our employees crushed it! A total of 74 participants logged an incredible 14,024,098 steps—what a way to kick off the new year! Winning Team: Winter Walkers with 1,530,151 steps Top Individual Walker totaled 669,961 steps! This challenge was more than just steps—it was about movement, motivation, and fun! We spiced things up with weekly challenges, and our participants brought their A-game.
