    [Welcoming SPS Council 2025-2027] Eddie Chua holds a MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist (CPBP), Registered Occupational Test User (RQTU) and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is currently Principal Consultant with Talogy, a global talent assessment and management consultancy. Across his HR consulting career, he has supported various Fortune 500 companies and large organisations across APAC and EMEA on employee selection, leadership development, people analytics, and change management. He has also previously served as a I-O Psychology consultant with the United Nations. He is an advocate for youth empowerment, where he volunteers with the Rotary Club and serves as a Board Member with Spectra Secondary School. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, classical music, playing tennis and mobile RPGs.
