We’re thrilled to welcome Elliot Foster to the Superblocks Engineering Team! Elliot brings a wealth of experience from his time leading engineering efforts at Braze and Shutterstock, and more recently, through his own consultancy, FireTaco. Whether he's scaling backend systems, orchestrating Kubernetes clusters, or wrangling async code, Elliot thrives at the intersection of deep technical complexity and pragmatic execution. He’s touched just about every corner of the stack; from rich frontend interfaces in Svelte and Elm, to embedded Linux, payment gateways, GIS systems, and automation tooling in Chef and Ansible. Elliot enjoys working with thoughtful, curious teammates on tough tech challenges like debugging race conditions or simplifying distributed infrastructure, and we’re lucky to have him doing exactly that at Superblocks.
