10 Years of Skyline Med Staff! A decade ago, Skyline Med Staff began as a small business dream fueled by grit, determination, and a clear purpose. Founded by Kelsey Martin and Brannen Betz, with a goal to build a company rooted in relationships, transparency, a relentless commitment to service and treating people the way they want to be treated. What started with a vision of making a difference in healthcare staffing — helping hospitals and clinics find the professionals they need — has grown into something bigger than we could have imagined.
