From classroom to career — Project Purpose is paving the way. Project Purpose is a program that supports high school grads who are ready to launch their careers. In partnership with local Chambers of Commerce and school systems, students gained real-world skills, toured area businesses, and chose their future employer. Shaw recently welcomed 8 students — 2 from Catoosa County and 6 from Whitfield County — through the program. We’re honored to be their company of choice!

✨ A red carpet moment to remember. ✨ Shaw was honored to provide the red carpet for the 2025 St. Jude Teen Formal — an unforgettable evening celebrating more than 50 teens who’ve faced life-threatening illnesses with courage and grace. From limo rides to dancing and cheers from doctors, nurses, and family, this event gave patients a chance to experience a milestone they may have missed during treatment. We’re proud to support St. Jude’s mission and help create moments that matter.

Shaw supported the 14th annual Design, Engineering, & Manufacturing Camp (DEM Camp) in Dalton, GA! 🙌 We had an amazing experience with 140 middle school students, all enthusiastic about STEM and the limitless possibilities in advanced manufacturing. Together, we’re fostering the next wave of innovators and laying the foundation for remarkable careers. A big shoutout to our Workforce Development team and Shaw volunteers for making this camp a tremendous success!
