We are grateful for the opportunity to team up with United Way of Cass-Clay as this year’s Backpack Sponsor for their annual School Supply Drive & Backpack event at the FARGODOME! With a goal of filling 6,500 backpacks, United Way of Cass-Clay is helping ensure local students are equipped for a successful school year. Thanks to this incredible community effort, our Campus helped fill 1,250 backpacks and provided 1,608 total backpacks for the drive. When local businesses, volunteers, and organizations come together, incredible things happen. COMING 2028! 🎉 We are excited to announce our newest SCHEELS location: Blaine, MN in 2028. Our 6th and newest Minnesota SCHEELS store will be over 250,000 sq feet and will include a Ferris wheel, 16,000-gallon saltwater aquarium, wildlife mountain, our signature Ginna's cafe, a candy shop, and 84 specialty shops with premium services for golf, archery, bikes, and more. We had 108 SCHEELS leaders and associates from across the country gathered in Fargo, ND for a hands-on training experience designed to sharpen product knowledge, deepen customer service skills, and celebrate vendor partnerships. From training with top brands like Nike, Mpgsport MPG - Mondetta Performance Gear, prAna, and Silver Jeans Co. to workshops focused on athletic, fashion, swim, and sportswear specialties, every moment was built to elevate expertise on the sales floor. The SCHEELS Campus social team had the opportunity to pick up trash along the Red River in Fargo and Moorhead! The greatest threat to the Red River today is from non-point source pollution. By keeping the banks of the Red River litter-free is a great way to reduce this threat. Each year, our SCHEELS archery technicians attend Archery University. For the first time in program history, we featured the Archery Trade Association Bow Technician Certification program as part of our associate archery tech certification. The certification ensures technicians have the knowledge and ability to confidently service compound, crossbow and recurve bows. The practical assessment is intentionally challenging, ensuring only qualified technicians earn their certification. We are committed to providing customers with high-quality, standardized service in each one of ours stores, which raises the standard for service nationwide.
