We are a tech-enabled boutique commercial real estate firm in Houston, Texas. We serve owners and occupants of office, industrial, and land properties in Texas and around the globe. WHAT Rifle Real Estate Co. was established in 2020 by a group of family and friends with backgrounds in commercial real estate brokerage and development. We are less concerned with being the largest commercial real estate brokerage and development firm in Houston, and would much rather be thought of as the most fun to work with. WHY We believe strongly that God put us here to work hard and to leave things better than we found them. This belief shapes how we treat our people, our clients, and their projects. We are an Aggie owned, faith-based company that strives to do the right thing.
