Summer brings higher demand and longer days and our teams are ready. From control rooms to field inspections, at Pattern, we stay focused on performance to ensure every megawatt is delivered reliably when it’s needed most.

Summer is in full swing, and so is our intern program. We're excited to welcome this year’s group of interns, who are bringing fresh energy, ideas, and curiosity to teams across Pattern. Meet Paige Usry, Joanna Lin, and Hugh Trisnadi in Houston, and Jacob Nadolsky, our remote intern (not pictured), hailing from Lubbock, TX.

For Justin Rodgers, safety isn’t just a job—it’s a calling rooted in decades of service. Born and raised in New Mexico, Justin is a Health & Safety Specialist on the Engineering, Procurement and Construction team supporting Pattern Energy’s SunZia project in the state. With a background in emergency medical services and wind energy, Justin brings a deep commitment to safety, service, and community both on and off the job. Nothing says summer like a game at the ballpark. A few of our team members caught the Giants take on the Marlins at Oracle Park this week. A great way to enjoy the season and spend time together outside the field!

Tomorrow, Frank Davis, Pattern's Canada Country Head and AVP of Business Development, will speak at Canadian Renewable Energy Association (CanREA)'s Clean Power Finance Canada Summit. The panel, Cutting edge: Financing emerging clean power technologies, will discuss the challenges and opportunities in securing financing for the next generation of clean energy across Canada.
