OSI Malaysia warmly welcomes all programs organized by relevant stakeholders, especially those held in Johor. Under the supervision of the EHS Department, OSI recently participated in the "1-Hour Johor Bersih (Cleanup)" initiative. As volunteers, employees cleaned the factory surroundings, collecting nearly 50kg of waste, including plastics, polystyrene, hairnets, face masks, and construction tarps. The enthusiasm shown by the 20 OSI participants reflected a strong sense of unity among colleagues and a shared commitment to environmental cleanliness.   Yanti Kamis | EHS, Admin & Training Manager “I was selected to lead the 1-hour Johor Bersih (Cleanup) Program by the FMM-ESH Subcommittee earlier this year. Altogether, approximately 13 companies among FMM members throughout Johor participated in this program, running simultaneously for one hour, starting at 9:00 AM on June 20th. The program's objective was to clean our premises and surroundings, aligning with the state government's aspiration to foster clean workplaces and homes, thereby eliminating mosquito breeding grounds and other health-harming vectors. This program was successfully organized with the cooperation from our CSR team members. Over the weekend, our Senior Director of Human Resources, ASIA & EMEA, Raymund Chua, was invited to speak on the topic “How Leaders Can Effectively Manage a Global Organization” to an audience comprised mainly of leaders from Vietnamese SMEs in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.   One of the most rewarding moments was the lively and engaging dialogue between Ray and the audience. It was a truly purposeful and fulfilling Saturday afternoon—sharing knowledge and insights with the next generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs aspiring to go global.   Ray is also scheduled to deliver two more mini-MBA lectures in Ho Chi Minh City, continuing his commitment to leadership development.   “Paying it forward has always been one of my core beliefs. Futsal provided a much-needed break from the daily grind, allowing us to recharge and reconnect on a personal level. We believe that a happy and healthy team is a productive and successful team.

That's why we're excited to share with you our weekly badminton games that are organized by our Sports and Social Club.
