BREAKING GROUND: Thursday night we got together with community members, project stakeholders, and government officials to break ground at MoTown Square Apartments, which is the vision of developer Maurice Townsend. We won for Renovation/Addition/Tenant Build-Out $1-2 Million for Goldfish Swim School in Grandville!
