These amazing leaders had the opportunity to join travel and hospitality executives to discuss industry trends, attend coaching and development sessions, and network with this incredible community. So proud of our very own Katty Byrd, who served on a discussion panel with industry leaders and was honored as a 2025 Top Woman in Travel & Hospitality. She exudes #PeopleExcellence and is an inspiration to all. Sail & Sustain Week was a powerful reminder that meaningful change begins with action. In celebration of #WorldEnvironmentDay and #WorldOceansDay, our team came together to engage in hands-on, sustainability-focused initiatives. Here’s a look at what we accomplished: 🌍 41 team members signed up to volunteer with South Florida Red Cross - the highest number from any company in the region! 🌍 Hosted 6 Red Cross classes, equipping our teams with life-saving emergency skills. 🌍 Assembled 500 hygiene kits to support families sheltering during a natural disaster. 🌍 Co-sponsored the 2025 International Ocean Film Festival, hosted by the Guy Harvey Foundation and Nova Southeastern University, to promote marine science education. 🌍 Nearly 30 team members joined BLUE Missions for a citizen science boat tour and clean-up in Biscayne Bay, where they collected samples, tested water, and performed a beach cleanup. Enthusiasm was so strong that another group of 30 is joining a second outing this Friday. We also unveiled the 2024 Sail & Sustain Report, capturing the progress and impact of our global sustainability efforts. As a core element of our #ChartingtheCourse strategy, this program informs our decisions and helps ensure we create lasting, positive impact for both the environment and the communities we serve. Bringing the Sail & Sustain vision to life takes collective effort, and we’re deeply grateful for our team’s commitment. At the helm of this progress is our exceptional Sustainability Team, whose leadership and hard work made both this impactful week and the 2024 report possible. This past week, we hosted our 2025 NCLH Town Hall at Hard Rock Live in Miami and brought together more than 2,000 of our team members. Once again, I’m reminded why this team is unlike any other! Alongside the Executive Leadership Team, we covered a lot: from our #ChartingtheCourse strategy and progress on each of its four pillars (People, Product, Growth Platform, and Performance,) to exciting updates across the fleet, and new innovations that are reshaping the guest experience. A few highlights: ✅ Announced Oceania Sonata and Oceania Arietta, our most spacious Oceania ships to date. ✅ Recognized Lory Urdaneta as the winner of the Kloster Visionary Award. ✅ Surprise performances by our very own Creative Studios team that absolutely stole the show. Thank you to everyone who showed up with curiosity, energy, and focus. We’re proud to have the right people, the right plan, and the momentum to go after what’s next. And we’re just getting started! Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to combine our #EarthWeek celebrations with #TakeYourChildtoWorkDay, creating a meaningful experience focused on learning, leadership, and environmental stewardship!   In partnership with BLUE Missions, the kids engaged in a hands-on Lunch & Learn where they explored sustainability and clean water solutions. They also rolled up their sleeves during a rewarding beach cleanup, showing inspiring energy and a true passion for making a difference.   Thank you to everyone who helped bring this amazing initiative to life.
