Next week, I’ll be moderating two fireside chats at Newsweek's inaugural Women’s Global Impact event in NYC, and I couldn’t be more excited for the conversations ahead. First, I’ll be speaking with Dr. Jessica Shepherd, Chief Medical Officer at Hers (hims & hers), about what the future of women’s health really looks like. We’ll discuss how Hers is utilizing digital tools to make personalized care more accessible, and what it means for women to finally feel seen, heard, and supported. Then I’ll sit down with Sue Downes, the powerhouse CEO and Co-Founder of MyEyeDr., to talk about vision—both literally and figuratively. Sue has built one of the largest eye care platforms in the country while staying grounded in patient-first values and empowering women across her organization. I can’t wait to hear her story and share it with the room. What makes this moment even more meaningful is that my "Little Sister" Layla (from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America), will be in the audience! As we spotlight both senior female executives and rising stars across healthcare, business, and beyond, it’s a powerful reminder of why this work matters. Progress is driven by collaboration across generations, and representation and mentorship go hand in hand.
