Epigenetic reprogramming with transcription factors is our most expressive tool for engineering cell state and function. Reprogramming therapies have the potential unlock cell states & functions as therapeutic targets, rather than single genes. Traditionally, we discovered TF payloads mostly by guesswork. Discovering therapeutic payloads was practically intractable. At this week's ICML GenBio session, we're sharing NewLimit's state-of-the-art AI models that can design reprogramming payloads by building on molecular foundation models.
